Terms of Use and Sale

Effective November 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Christian Vote USA (“we”, “us”), the business that operates the site at christianvoteusa.org. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you buy a membership, the membership terms in section 8 also apply, and if you buy from our shop, the shop terms in section 8A also apply. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Cancellation policy.

1. Who can use Christian Vote USA

Anyone may browse the site. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a membership or make a shop purchase. Christian Vote USA is intended for people in the United States.

2. Your account

  • Give us a real email address that you control. Officials reply to it when you write to them.
  • Keep your password private. We strongly recommend turning on two-factor login.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
  • One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • threaten, harass, intimidate or abuse any official, staff member, member or other person;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are, where you live or who you speak for;
  • post or send anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that invites violence;
  • scrape, crawl or copy the site or its data by automated means, or use bots or scripts to send messages, create accounts or run lookups, except through tools we provide for that purpose;
  • try to get around our rate limits, our security, or another person's privacy;
  • interfere with the site, overload it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • use the site to send spam, advertising or fundraising appeals.

If you find a security problem, please report it to kylecvusa@gmail.com instead of testing it further.

4. Contacting officials through Christian Vote USA

  • Messages you send are your own speech. You may start from our templates, but you are responsible for what you send. Write as yourself and about matters you genuinely care about.
  • Emails go out from a Christian Vote USA address with your display name and your account email as the reply-to address, so the official can answer you directly. For officials who only accept web forms or phone calls, we link you to their form or number and note it in your history.
  • No threats, harassment, slurs, or messages sent on someone else's behalf without their permission, and don't send the same message to the same official over and over.
  • We set daily limits on messages and may change them to prevent abuse.
  • We can't guarantee that a message will be delivered, read or answered, or that an official's contact details are current. Government offices may keep and publish the messages they receive.
  • We may refuse to send, or suspend the tool for, any account that breaks these rules. Threats of violence may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Our content is commentary, not legal advice

Christian Vote USA publishes news, investigations, opinion, bill summaries, constitutional analysis and courses for education and public discussion. Much of it is written from a Christian and constitutional viewpoint, and opinion is labeled as opinion.

Nothing on the site is legal advice, and using the site does not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice about your situation, consult a licensed attorney.

We work hard to be accurate, but official records, contact details and bill information come from public sources that can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Check important facts against the original source, and tell us when you find an error.

6. AI-assisted content

Some bill summaries and analyses are drafted with the help of AI and then reviewed by an editor before they are published. Each one is labeled to show how it was made.

We plan to offer in-depth analysis reports in the future. Those reports will be generated by AI, will not be reviewed by an editor before you see them, and will be produced fresh each time, so two reports on the same bill may differ. Scripture in those reports will be quoted from stored public-domain texts (the KJV and the Berean Standard Bible) rather than written by the AI. They are not available for purchase yet, and we will show their specific terms before you can buy one.

7. Ownership and sharing

The articles, analysis, design and software of Christian Vote USA belong to us or our licensors. You are welcome to share links and to quote short excerpts with credit to Christian Vote USA and a link back. Please ask before republishing whole articles.

Constitutions, laws, government records and public-domain Bible translations remain in the public domain; our terms don't restrict your use of them from their original sources.

When you send us corrections or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the site without owing you anything. We will not publish your name with them without your permission.

8. Membership terms of sale

  • Plans and price. Membership costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year, in U.S. dollars. Sales tax may be added where the law requires it. The price you will pay is shown before you confirm.
  • What it includes. Member updates by email (progress reports on what we are building and important bill news, written by our team), early access to new tools before the public, and support for our research, the officials database and new tools. Membership does not include in-depth analysis reports. What is described on the membership page when you join is what you are buying.
  • Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime. Cancel online at any time from Account → Membership & billing (choose Manage billing, which opens Stripe's secure billing page), or by emailing kylecvusa@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep your benefits until then and are not charged again.
  • Refunds. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it or for billing errors. See Refunds & Cancellation.
  • Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then.
  • Yearly renewal reminders. For yearly memberships, we will email you a reminder before each renewal.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry it, and your benefits may pause until it succeeds.
  • Not a donation. Membership is a purchase from Christian Vote USA, not a charitable contribution, and it is not tax-deductible.
  • Changes to benefits. We may improve or change member benefits. If we remove a benefit you paid for, we will tell you, and you can cancel.

8A. Shop purchases

  • Seller. Items in our shop are sold by Christian Vote USA.
  • Checkout and payment. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify under Shopify's terms.
  • Printing and shipping. Orders are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful.
  • Price. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Made to order. Each item is made when you order it, so production takes a few business days before your order ships.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel an order for a full refund by emailing kylecvusa@gmail.com before it goes into production.
  • Returns and replacements. See Refunds & Cancellation: Shop orders.
  • Not a donation. Shop purchases are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible.

9. Other websites and services

The site links to government websites, officials' forms and other sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Christian Vote USA is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

For shop items, see section 8A and our Refunds & Cancellation policy. Nothing in this section limits the replacement or refund we offer for damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site, your membership or a shop order is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50.

Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Responsibility for your conduct

If your messages or conduct on the site break these terms or the law and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including attorney's fees.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Christian Vote USA and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or exposes us to legal liability. If we close a paid membership for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of your current period. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 5, 7 and 10 to 14) survive termination.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for changes that materially affect members, email you before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after the change means you accept the new terms.
