Looking up your officials and contacting them need a free account. Bills and courses are open to everyone.
How credits work
- 1 credit is $1. Credits pay for local research and, later, tracker reports.
- The price is based on the work. A search costs your plan's rate times what the AI research actually costs us, and never less than $1. For example, a search that uses $0.90 of AI costs $2.70 on Free, $2.25 on Standard, $1.80 on Premium. A small search that uses $0.20 of AI costs $1 on every plan.
- No surprises. Before anything is charged, you see the estimated price and a spending cap. You will never pay more than the cap you confirm.
- Nothing found, nothing owed. If a search comes back empty, you get your credits back.
Credit bundles
Any account, including Free, can buy credits in these amounts:

- $10
- $20
- $50
- $100
The $50 and $100 bundles open once your account is a week old and has one completed purchase. This helps stop stolen-card fraud.
When credits expire
- Credits you buy never expire.
- Monthly credits that come with Standard or Premium expire at the end of each month. Yearly plans get the same monthly credits, every month.
